When love settles in the body

When love settles in the body…
oh
then there is

MAGIC

That’s the first word,
that comes.

Breathing deeply, relaxation that goes through the body
(how I wish I could convey directly what that feels like).

I’m not talking about the love of another person,
not about physical love,
I’m talking about my own inner place of love,
from which I can experience my body.

When I do that…
all is well within me.

WHEN I DO THAT
ALL IS WELL WITHIN ME

Love touches all the places I focus my consciousness on.
It touches the whole as well as the smallest detail.
And every place, every tiny point,
every part of the body, every organ, every bone, every cell…
feels this love
and
rejoices.
So simple.

SO SIMPLE

A pain emerges,
a tightness, a discomfort…
and is touched.
Tenderly, with infinite patience,
this place may also
discover the touch of love.

And I begin to realize
that, in the end, that is all that life strives for in me:
The coming together
of pure love
with what is
in my consciousness.

THE COMING TOGETHER
OF PURE LOVE
WITH WHAT IS
IN MY CONSCIOUSNESS

I can feel it right now in gazing at my body,
but how much bigger it is.
How infinite is my body.
In its entirety, it is everything that is.

What would the world look like if everything that is,
regardless of how it appears,
in my consciousness
could be recognized and experienced
as being permeated by this love.

Or by yours.

I know
for me
it would be the highest
happiness.

And right now
I can
allow
a little bit more of it
in my body.

Allow
love
to touch
me.

Allow
love
to touch
you.

Allow
love
to touch
us all
and everything.
