In the texts in the category “Basic Principles”, I describe the levels, movements and themes of my work. They provide an insight into the inner context in which I am anchored and from which I accompany people.

In those from the “Inner Worlds” category, I share inner movements that have collective relevance as well as a very personal character. Here you can feel what it means to listen to difficult parts of ourselves with an open, unconditional heart. To find the fine line between the rushing abysses and the dizzying heights. To be there calmly and with unwavering curiosity so that we can see what is revealed, what it stands for and what is hidden within and behind it.
