This group is a space in which people can meet freely and safely in their depths.
Our most sacred place, our inner temple, is at the center.
By being together, we cultivate our connection to this place, share it with each other and experience ourselves in it.

Basic elements are silence, sharing, sounds, expression in the center of the circle.
Impulses for body awareness, inner journeys, themes that arise and songs can be included.
I hold the space and the direction, the evenings develop fluidly together.

There is a break over Whitsun and during the summer vacation,

30€ per evening
(Supporter 40€, Reduced 20€)

Further dates, possibly also online, will follow.
Regular participation is desired,
1-2 times non-binding participation possible at any time.
The group is currently limited to 7 participants.
Only with registration.

In German, English if required.
I recommend comfortable clothing.
Please bring your own water bottle & seat cushion (there are also some on site).
