So many incredibilities
are buzzing around us
in “normal”
everyday life.

We don’t even have to
to watch the news,
it’s enough,
what is held in front of us.

In how many places
do we experience pain.
In how many places
is it actually unbearable.
In how many places
could we
just cry,
or scream,
or…

In how many places
are we afraid.
In how many places,
don’t we know what to do,
are helpless,
feel powerless.
And would prefer to
give up?

And then?
Who can hold it?
Who can bear it?
Who can mediate,
heal,
pacify it?

One thing that’s good to know:
There are already many who do this,
even if “out there” perhaps
a different picture prevails.

The other thing is:
In every one of us
lives the best instrument,
what it needs
for this:

OUR HEART.

That’s quite something!

The heart,
our heart quality,
the heart space,
the
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE,
that always
lives in the heart
in the depths
in each
and every one
of us
…
Here is the place
that can do
the unbelievable:
This place,
this quality,
this light
this love

CAN
BE
WITH
EVERYTHING.

The art now is
that we,
as “completely normal people”
are present there,
too.

To have the
COURAGE
to believe
that it is possible:
That we can
land in our hearts.

To develop and maintain the
PATIENCE
it needs,
to seek
and to actually do
the movement
into the heart,
again and again.
It is like
LEARNING TO WALK,
we couldn’t do that in one day either,
could we?

And then…
developing the
ABILITIES
it needs,
to be able to give
SPACE
to go through all the pain,
grief, anger, powerlessness
and whatever else
that creeps and crawls
within us.
And to
FEEL
all the reactions
coming up.

That is a great
LEARNING
and a great
LETTING GO.

Because when the heart takes over,
it has the highest priority.
And teaches us
without ceasing,
with all that we are,
think,
speak,
do
and give

TO
BE
HEART.

Alone
and
together.

So be it.
