Can I feel myself,
am I really there,
do I inhabit myself,
am I, can I
be
PRESENT?
This is the core
and hub,
the place
that can connect.

Connection in the
VERTICAL.
The above and the below.
The very personal relationship
to the heavenly,
to the earthly.
How am I spread out,
EMBODIED
between the two poles,
in which we as human beings
are allowed to
walk on earth?

Connection in the
HORIZONTAL.
The relationships to the world,
in all directions,
that make up our
humanity.
To people,
activities,
nature
and all the other
1000 things
that form
our lives.

Connection into
PAST & FUTURE,
inside and outside.
Where we come from,
what we carry within us,
given by
ancestors and history…
Where we are going,
what we carry within us,
given by
disposition and alignment.

And all this comes together
in the one

POINT

which is each one of us.
In it all information
is contained.
And chooses and walks
according to
how and with what we
are connected.
CONSCIOUS
&
UNCONSCIOUS

And everywhere
where connection is broken,
it is our path
as human beings,
through all levels and times,
to find it again, shape it, allow it.

Through consciousness
that
HEALS
through us in our
MOVEMENT & PRESENCE
step by step
in all humility
the fractures.
